Loved how fresh, clean, and new the property was. All staff was so friendly and helpful like they really cared. Gym and lounging area very nice and accessible. Walking distance from Walmart and food plaza. Convenient mini food selections at front desk. Beautiful long-term living space. Felt like home. Friend to military and traveling medical professionals. A bit pricey, but would definitely come back. Only cons: 5-10 min from seemingly dangerous neighborhoods; several poor/homeless ppl begging in surrounding area.

My stay was very comfortable and the staff is very friendly would come back to stay. Area was great and just about a 20 min drive to anywhere in El Paso. Staff has some great recommendations as well which were helpful.

RM 231 13-14 with check out on 15 October 2021. OK first off - $200+ was pricy but wanted a nice room for a couple of days. 1. walked in and noticed flooring was scratched 24+" and a burn thru 1.5" wide in kitchen area. 2. shower head was horrible and the little toggle on the spout didn't completely close, so weak water pressure at the head. Also the spout was not mounted properly, as it wiggled. 3. furniture was chipped and there was something on the sofa that I wasn't going to touch - gross! 4. A/C unit in bedroom was uncontrollable and stuck at what felt like 64 degrees, but the blanket kept me warm. 5. noticed paint on bathroom flooring from recent paint job, I presume. 6. A/C cover in main room was askew and I couldn't seat it properly. Off a good inch if not more. At least the A/C unit in the main room was adjustable, so closed the door between the rooms. Feel free to check with them and validate my stay. Just expected so much more for 200+ a night. Not happy at all. Sorry. Not going back either. Never!

My husband and I were in town for a short overnight trip so we didn’t spend much time in the hotel but it was clean and nice. There was a great kitchenette. We would definitely come back for a longer stay!

I was in town to see friends. The room was clean, quiet, and I slept like a baby. I will definitely stay there again.

It was a better state than the last time I went there. I'm still confused why I was charged more when I checked in even though I was charged through this website. And nobody wants to give me my money back. But overall it was a good stay

I stayed here for a week and was super comfy the entire time. I love the idea of having an actual thermostat on the wall to control the heating and cooling unit. Also, the large closet was a nice touch. I stayed for a week and by the end of my stay, I was sad because it felt like I was leaving a cool apartment.
