Staff was wonderful! They even cleaned our rooms while visiting family in El Paso, TX. I give this place a 5 Star rating! My husband and I were very comfortable in our stay. Thank you all!

"Bad part of town"

When I got there, no one was at the front desk and I had to wait a long time to check in. There was what appeared to be prostitution going on in the lobby. It is in a very bad part of town. Would not stay here again due to safety concerns.

"Perfect stay....except for the breakfast."

Would have given this hotel an overall 5 stars, BUT.... The "breakfast" was awful. Plastic food, little choice, far from appetizing or healthy. For the room rates, a hot, healthy breakfast offering should be a given. Otherwise, a lovely place.

"Bad treatment to customers"

The hotel is ok but they arbitrarily changed my reservation and made me check out the hotel 3 days earlier. I had to make reservations on another hotel. They did not give me explanation and I never could talk to the manager. That is not acceptable. I am a Titanium in Marriot and I had never been treated like that. I would hesitate if I need to be back again. I don't recommend this hotel
