A localização é excelente. Pertinho do metrô Paulista e Consolação. Café da manhã muito bom. Funcionários educados e prestativos.

Tivemos pequeno problema na limpeza do apartamento no fim de semana, mas foi solucionado após solicitação.

Travesseiros desconfortáveis. Porta dos armários com problemas. Arrumação e limpeza tardia do quarto. Faltou limpeza dos pisos. Café da manhã sem bolos e opções em cardápio não foram apresentas.
