O hotel é bem localizado, com funcionários muito atenciosos e educados. Um elogio em especial ao Igor (recepção) e ao Alef (restaurante), tiveram um tratamento bem especial à nossa família. A infraestrutura ótima e o café da manhã excelente.

Gostei da localização, para quem pretende estar nas proximidades da Paulista o local é perfeito. Cama e travesseiros muito confortáveis. Noite bem dormida, local silencioso.

O atendente do estacionamento me fez descer até proximo a lavanderia do hotel para poder pagar pela estadia, uma rampa enorme para um idoso, poderiam ter me indicado o elevador como alternativa, além do fato que a estadia do estacionamento poderia ser adicionada o valor da diária como em outros hoteis que experimentei. Quarto e banheiro poderiam ter um atenção melhor à limpeza
