The main desk staff behaviour was good. By ratings he was 3/5.

Room was stinking, After many calls & follow-ups they was giving service. Too small rooms in good money. No complimentary breakfast included, jo karna chahie because they are taking good money but for service they are POOR. There are so much noise from outside, if you are looking for calming and relaxing, soothing mood then don't go that hotel definitely. Even beds are not comfortable, lights not comfortable. Uff.. worst experience ever. Didn't expected that type of service or product. Not satisfied.

The location was good and staff were professional

The hotel facility is below par as per their charges. First all the rooms are smoking rooms and the smell stays even if you put room freshener or deo to it. The hot water does not work properly you will have to keep the water running for 5 minutes and then you will get hot water for a few minutes and then repeat the same cycle again The bathroom sink was broken
