The location is good.

Let me tell you the problems sequence wise as per the booking details provided on website regarding the facilities of this room, 1.) As mentioned, I am not provided with any Heater. 2.) Sockets near the bed are in such bad condition, that charges don't fit in any of them. They keep falling. 3.) No adapter provided. 4.) Water outlet in the bathroom has no lid. It looks worst. 5.) The water was not coming out of the tap(service guy solved this) 6.) Whenever you switch on the tap, the shower also drips water for few seconds which falls exactly on your head. 7.) No toothbrush provided. 8.) No body soap provided 9.) No shower cap provided. 10.) Fridge is in worst condition that we cannot store anything in it. 11.) Kettle provided was broken(service guy changed it) 12. No water bottle provided for 4 days stay. Had to ask them, for which they gave 1. 13.) Towels are in worst condition. I cannot even clean my feet with them. 14.) Keu card access not working. I am being provided with manual key. 15.) There is not outdoor "Quiet Street View". It is the back side. 16.) Worst among all... The mattress are in pathetic condition. They sunk in from the edges and from the middle. We literally have to select a portion where to sleep else it's difficult to sleep on these mattress.

Rooms are not maintained. Attitude of front dsek staff is not treating booking. Com customers. The room given was dirty. The blanket covers are stained. Had to pressurize the reception staff to change the room. No restaurant and no breakfast. Worst experience.
