Friendly upon arrival but when issues occur the owner is rude.

Upon arrival the owner makes you delete the booking.com accommodation so she does not pay booking.com commission. When you want to cancel a booking she refuses to offer a refund indicating she placed you in a bigger room which was not even requested by me. As she allocates room upon arrival. Cancellation policy not provided when requested.

everything about the place...the staff was very friendly and helpful...the room was exceptional clean..actually the guesthouse its very beautiful 😍

Location is 8n a quiet area.

Rooms were not really clean. Our rooms bedding had dust mites that resulted in my wife getting a rush.
