The breakfast is always amazing, the staff are always kind and helpful nothing seem to be to much trouble. We have never had a bad stay here and always recommend to other people.

The only thing I must admit about this hotel is that the breakfast in the morning was very good and fresh, it can be rated very highly, the woman who served this section of the dining room, I think it was English, she was very hard-working, polite and nice, helpful, I observed this and it is okay, the next woman, English, who cleans the rooms was very nice and also okay.

When we made the room reservation, it was not clearly stated that there would be an additional charge of £50 per night for a small dog. This fee is excessive, and there was also no information provided that the hotel does not offer parking, which was very inconvenient. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a gentleman at reception who did not introduce himself. He appeared unfriendly, uninterested in guests, and had difficulty processing our check-in. He repeatedly insisted that our payment card was not working because we needed to pay the additional £50 pet fee. However, once the payment was processed successfully, we asked for a receipt and were only given the invoice for the room. When I specifically requested a receipt for the dog fee, he produced it from behind the counter, which seemed unusual. The room itself was disappointing. It contained an uncomfortable metal bed frame with sharp metal parts sticking out, creating a safety hazard. I actually injured my finger on one of them. The air conditioning could not be adjusted, and the refrigerator was not working. When we reported this to reception, the same staff member told us that the fridge would start working after a few hours, which sounded absurd. We were unable to open the window, resulting in poor air circulation in the room. The sink was blocked, the shower cabin was missing its door, and the carpet was dirty. We had also paid approximately £25 extra for what was described as a “royal” or upgraded room, so these conditions were particularly disappointing. The hotel itself looks attractive, and most of the staff were polite and professional. However, there was one employee whose attitude and behavior stood out negatively and did not reflect the standard of service we expected. In addition, his English was difficult to understand, which made communication even more challenging.
