Terrible customer service

Never stay at this hotel. It is the absolute worst. Sa soon as you arrive, the management demands a $100 cash deposit and a photocopy of your ID. Then they renegotiate the price of your stay, double the amount of the original price and threaten a $40 cancelation fee if you don't book the new price. And the amenities are absolute horrible. Do yourself a favor and never even look at this hotel as an option.

I booked on Hotels.com and when I tried to check in they wouldn’t honor my reservation and said it wasn’t the right price. I had to go late in the evening and find other accommodations. They do not honor the price offer on any website it’s a scam!!!!

Never even stepped foot into a room. We had booked a month long stay and was trying to check in a day early, and the front desk said to contact the booking company. I added one day (as we arrived at about 3am), even called Hotels.com to cancel the single day booking, and the hotel charged us a 50% no show fee.

Got there and the guy said they don't take booking reservations and tried to raise the price

Everything - the property was unkempt, completely outdated. Fridge was off/lights weren't working/TV wasn't working/shower was falling apart (nozzles separated from the wall/liner)/linens were old and sheets were stained - one appeared to be a blood stain. Multiple cockroaches. With a $100 deposit and no refunds, we had to stay but this property should be knocked down and rebuilt to code.
