The door didn’t work with the key. The lock was suspect. The screen on the window was torn which I determined was the way in and out most people used since the door didn’t work. The deadbolt was removed. All furniture had suspicious stains on it. The bathtub was stained and corroded. The toilet was partially pulled out of the wall. There were tiny bugs flying around. I wasn’t comfortable using any of the furniture. I left after 30 minutes to a hard no refund policy. The room was the worst hotel I have ever seen and it seemed dangerous. This place should be removed from booking.com and the property condemned.

Total scam, the OYÓ website gave a price and when I got there the person working at the help desk said the price for the room is higher, and also the person at the front desk total unprofessional and rude, the place is a total dump

There were stray animals wandering around the property, you have to leave $100 cash deposit, the place needs to be shut down, there was blood and dirt on my pillow and bedding

First of all, It's a dump. Didn't stay here even for my 1 night. Plus, you'll learn when you check in they REQUIRE $100 IN CASH, YES CASH deposit or you're out of luck! Hotels.com is who I booked with & they wouldn't refund my money even though when I tried to do it immediately with my phone, & then with a live person and I was only 1 minute late from a full refund. And obviously Hotels.com doesn't show on their site that you'll need a deposit of $100 CASH in order to stay there. So I'm also done with Hotels.com.

Awful! Physical key would not open door. Manager was rude when asked to open it. He finally opened it. Room was filthy. I requested my cash deposit back to go somewhere else. Manager refused, saying I was being disruptive. I called the police. They said they could not do anything and that they get calls about this all the time. He is a scammer. Stay away! Go to Rodeway instead. Room was great & staff was helpful.

Very unprofessional rude they charge you a $100 cash deposit which you must pay other than what you have paid thru expedia no tiwels its a roach motel. Oyo means hole in spanish and thats what it is never again.

I booked a room at this hotel on hotels.com. When I was checking in, the clerk said there was a $100 cash deposit required. He asked if there was any way I could get the money. I couldn't. I was denied the room. The hotel then tried to charge a $29.68 cancellation fee. Avoid doing business with this hotel.

This property is a total fake. The rooms are run down and need to be condemned. Locks on door don’t work correctly. The rooms in the pictures on line are not what your getting . Property is run down and needs lots of work . Arrived late and was shown 2 rooms the first the handle came off when I opened the door. The second the lock didn’t work all the time . Charged a fee for using a credit card for payment. Needed to give 100.00 cash deposit on check in for security. Will never book again and only stayed because I was late checking in had to pay even if I didn’t stay. I’ve seen some bad hotels in my travels around the country and world over the years but this was the worst.

No heat and no hot water and $50 cash only deposit sucked.
