OYO Hotel Daleville AL Hwy 84

AC WAS NOT WORKING. GOT ANOTHER ROOM AND THE REFRIGERATOR WAS NOT WORKING, THEY SWITCH IT TWICE AND 5 HOURS LATER NOTHING. ATTENDANT TOLD ME TO LEAVE AND GET A REFUND, THEY CHARGED ME FOR ONE DAY AND I WAS ONLY THERE FOR COUPLE HOURS. I HAVE A VIDEO OF THE ROOM BAD CONDITIONS. ALSO THE MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE/SARCASTIC..

I reserved a room at $56 When I got there the clerk said my reservation was cancelled which I didn’t He proceeded to charge me $83 instead. I woke up with back pain because the mattress was so hard

The beds and rooms do NOT look anything like in the pictures. I booked a room for someone for 1 night and the loveseat in the room had indentions like it was 20 years old. Room smelled weird and like cigarettes. The mini fridge was unplugged and left open and the a/c barely worked. The man working the front desk was only concerned with no “extra heads” staying in the room or it was going to be $10 extra. Even though only 1 person stayed in the room overnight I was stilled charged the extra $10 because it wasn’t me when the person went to check out of the room. It does not mention anything about the security deposit or the “extra heads” fees during booking, only on a paper stuck to the check in window. Also, I had no idea the security deposit was $50 cash only until I was trying to check in with no cash. Had to drive down the highway to an ATM. I didn’t receive a single welcome, thank you, enjoy your night or any directions to the room at all; only the mention of no extra heads or it’s $10 per person. I highly, highly recommend literally any other hotel around the area. I was charged around $70 for this stay. Never again.

Stayed 5 days very happy

I showed up and checked it the check in process was good and friendly. Got to the room the room smelled like a musty mold place. The bed cover was dirty and the whole place was just unacceptable. Carpet was red and the place need to be upgraded. The pictures posted was not the room. You pay what you get for. I was there a hour and went to another hotel. They charged me a full night and I was there a hour. My card was not credited. for the other night. Upgrade the property. clean the bathrooms and stop the false advertising.

Unless you are a working man doing construction or any other job. Or you trying to take your side piece and not get caught this is the spot lol. Other than that this is not for you lol. Plus they want $100 on top of what you already paid, we had it for a week for a job. Very mad when asked for the extra $100 but glt it back when we left. Its not worth the $100 deposit lol

Cheapest in the city so I guess you get what you pay for. My room did not look comforting at all. To be fair, they’re renovating some of the rooms but my room clearly wasn’t one of them. They had exceptionally good customer service.

Reservations were made early Aug 2020 for OYO Hotel, Daleville, Al. at their weekly special rate. But central reservations kept cancelling and reinstating over and over. Finally I remade reservations and PAID with CC. I was unable to contact hotel directly as number listed was not correct. So contacted central reservations on website...but could not get answers to my questions...only canned responses that were not applicable. Called and they assigned a customer inquiry. A few days later they thanked me for saying issues were resolved...this was not the case as nothing was resolved. Arrived at hotel to be told Confirmed/Paid for reservations had been cancelled once again...but I could pay more and stay. Hotel was old/runned down. Room had roaches. Second night no HOT water, third night NO WATER! MGR SAM called us late evening before we returned to tell us the bad news...and agreed we could stay third night for free...but did not honor the deal the next day so we checked out early. OYO hotels are NOT customer friendly and so disorganized that it was a nightmare experience!. NEVER AGAIN!

I stayed may 3rd to may 4th. They have the best prices in Alabama!! The rooms were clean, and WiFi worked great. The man who checked me in was very accommodating to my needs. He was very nice, and I would definitely recommend this hotel!!
