I liked that this little place offered everything for a restful place to stay. The air conditioner was on when we arrived and the room was clean and stocked for a night of rest and a refreshing start to the day. Staff is attentive and responds promptly to messages.

The parking situation is limited; they do make it work. It wasn’t an inconvenience either night of our stay but I can see where it could be a problem for others.

The price and location. This is a no-frills motel with a reasonable price. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Easy to find.

Some of the furniture is starting to show wear, but that did not cause any problems during my stay.

"Sunset Motel is a very basic, small, no-frills motel, which was fine for our short visit."

Location was perfect for access to restaurants/bars in town. Everything was within walking distance. Price was reasonable. Room looked like it has been recently remodeled. Beds were comfortable and there was a fridge and microwave available.

There was plenty of communication and information provided prior to and after our stay, but no staff was available at the property. Although, we did not really need anything! There is no central lobby or any amenities.
