We stayed here for a week. All staff were amazing and made our stay memorable. Meals were fantastic with plenty of options for various diets. The free bike use was great and we spent many mornings riding through the streets, back alleys and rice fields. Just beautiful. The grounds and pool are a perfect spot to relax. The front staff welcomed us by name each time passed through. Truely personal and special place to stay. Thank you Hiep, Chi, Jenny, Ai, Lien, An. Thank you to all the other staff who cook and clean, keep the grounds looking beautiful and welcome us every day. We look forward to coming back.

My stay at Shining Riverside Hoi An Boutique & Spa was truly memorable. The hotel was peaceful, beautifully designed, and perfectly placed to enjoy Hoi An. The staff were warm and attentive, the rooms were comfortable, clean and the overall atmosphere made it a relaxing and enjoyable experience from start to finish.Jenny was excellent and always helpful.
