We had a great time at this hotel. The pool was excellent, the food was amazing and the service was out of this world. Jenny really stuck out to us as she wiped off every speck of dust in our sight and provided us with the guidance we needed. I will be recommending to my family.

The pool was very clean. My bedroom was massive. And it was away from the noise of Hoi an old town.

The wooden panels around the pool are very very slippery when wet. I slipped twice .They need to change it before a major fall happens.

the location was close to the shops, town and restaurants, making it very quick and easy to travel by foot or bike. however, it is far away enough for the noise level to be quiet and peaceful. the atmosphere was also very inviting and friendly. staff members, Ai and Lien, were always so sweet by greeting us with such warm smiles. the staff truely make it a lovely experience! the rooms are super beautiful and all had a cohesive theme. our room featured a balcony that captured a stunning view of the surrounding green nature. bathrooms are also very gorgeous and the lighting was perfect for doing makeup. our rooms were also cleaned daily; beds made, new towels and replacement of complimentary toiletries. amenities included: free wifi, toiletries, water bottles, TV, pool and gym. overall, the whole hotel and service is good value for what you pay for.
