Impressed with the hotel, facilities and staff were great. Clean swimming pool, plenty of towels, & lots of places to lay out and read. We chose one of the suites with the large bathtub and it was perfect to come back to after a day out. The breakfast was adequate and there was variety and you can also order espresso etc. The hotel was a bit further out than we anticipated BUT 5 min Grab into town and very cheap....or a 20min walk, but easier to just get a Grab as no real footpaths. Rooms were clean & well maintained. Would definitely book again.

We stayed here for 4nights and it was amazing. The staff were super welcoming and the time here very relaxing. During our stay we enjoyed great breakfast, dinner with drinks and a great time on our balcony. The location is great, not expensive to go to the old town and if the weather is ok it’s a nice walk along the river. If you are thinking to see Memories, it’s also within a walking distance, which was nice. Overall, it was a great stay! Thank you for your hard work!

Reception, restaurant, massage were really good and people are very friendly and helpfull. Eric has lots of ideas for things to do. Massage in the hotel is recommended. We would to thank all staff meubels.

We had an excellent stay at the Shining Riverside Hotel Hoi An, the staff were brilliant, so attentive & couldn’t do enough to help & make sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast selection was very good & the food in the restaurant delicious. They ensured our safety on leaving the hotel during the recent heavy flooding, organising different modes of transport to get us to our taxi & they didn’t leave us until they knew we were safe. I honestly can’t fault this hotel & would highly recommend it as a fabulous place to stay when visiting Hoi An.

The Shining Boutique and Spa, was a lovely experience set in an ideallic location a few kms from the city centre. Very friendly staff, helpful, informative and courteous. The restaurant is well appointed and caters for light meals. The hotel offers several discounts Such as spa treatments and happy hour drinks. The staff are attentive to your needs. Mesha Premlall
