The breakfast was rather boring

My mum, sister and I had the good fortune of being booked into this lovely property. Before we could arrive we had to fly from Hanoi to Hoi An, our flight was delayed due to the cyclone. The agency booked transport that stranded us at the airport and the transport company refused to send a driver after midnight. Stranded in a foreign country with a language barrier mostly - I used the WhatsApp number for the hotel to ask for help. We were connected with Greenie who was reassuring and kind, she arranged an airport pick up to fetch us after 1am through severe weather. The new driver also stayed in contact and messaged me as soon as we landed, he was patiently waiting and it was such a comfort. The actual hotel stay was amazing, the property is clean, beautifully laid out and the staff are all friendly and helpful. The restaurant has classic Vietnamese food that is so tasty. The restaurant staff are in hand always and helpful. The hotel is walking distance to many attractions and shopping. All the staff including housekeeping are always willing to help you and make your stay pleasant. I highly recommend this property - it will make your stay.

Our stay at Shining Riverside hotel was great. We flew from Hanoi to Da Nang when the typhoon was coming in. We were stranded for an airport pick up. Greenie from reception arranged a car and we got there safely. She helped us plan activities through the rainy days,was super helpful overall. Our rooms were fabulous. Will definitely go back.

We had a wonderful stay at Shining Riverside. Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful with a large selection of food. Pool perfectly cool, refreshing and inviting after a day walking in Hoi An. The walk along the river to the old town was an unexpected highlight. A special mention to the staff who were warm , friendly and so helpful. Absoutely recommend to anyone wanting a tranquil oasis in Hio An. G & E

I had an amazing stay at Shining Riverside Hoian Boutique & Spa. The hotel is so scenic and relaxing, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. As a first-time traveler to Hoian, I really appreciated how they kept checking in on me to make sure I was comfortable. A special thank you to Ai at reception for her kindness and care, and to Tan, the doorman, who was always so helpful with my bags. Their warmth and attentiveness made my stay truly memorable.

The Shining River Hotel is a beautiful hotel. Very clean, lovely swimming pool, comfy loungers stunning garden and surroundings. Nothing is a problem to the staff, they are very hard working and helpful. Front office staff particularly helpful, arranging trips, tickets etc. I would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here.

My stay at this hotel was very enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and the room service food was exceptional. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and very accomodating. I particularly liked how beautiful the pool area was. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a relaxing stay in Hoi An.
