We got an apartment on the 4th floor, looking over the backyard. It was very quiet. The facility was great and very clean. The apartment was bright with three windows, and thus the air was not stuffy inside.

(1) The overflow hole in the kitchen sink was not connected to any drain, so when we washed the dishes, some water leaked straight into the kitchen cabinet below, requiring us to clean up. (2) The windows were not tight, so when it was windy or stormy, the wind blew through the apartment very loudly.

Comfortably designed, soundproof, clean

Madam. sir, I did not like check-in at all. The log-in procedure demanded I allow cookies to access my phone. Most of the companies I had nor ever heard of. After three phone calls to Germany it was made clear that this was standard procedure. I was offered full pay-back of what I had paid, but they could not tell where to go to instead. What happens now with all permissions I gave? will they be retracted and if so, how and by whom? Please return to me by email with explanations. Thank you
