YAYS The Hague Willemspark by Numa

I had a really great stay at Numa Willemspark, and a big part of that was thanks to Murshid. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer my questions, gave great local recommendations, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The location is excellent—it’s in a beautiful, quiet area of The Hague, but still within walking distance of the city center, shops, restaurants, and public transport. It was the perfect base for exploring the city while still being able to relax and enjoy a peaceful atmosphere. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable. Everything was well maintained, and I especially appreciated how spacious and thoughtfully designed it felt. The bed was comfortable, the amenities were great, and it had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. What stood out most, though, was Murshid’s hospitality. He was always friendly, professional, and happy to help, which made the experience feel much more personal. It’s not often that one staff member leaves such a positive impression, but Murshid definitely did. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend Numa Willemspark to anyone visiting The Hague. Thank you, Murshid, for making the experience even better!

Concept erg fijn en prettig als alternatief voor hotels, veel ruimte en eigen voorzieningen om een paar dagen goed te overbruggen

Door problemen met mijn telefoon of hyperlink wat niet werkte was toegang krijgen tot de locatie na sluitingstijd van de receptie wel een uitdaging wat veel tijd heeft gekost.

Het is altijd netjes en alles werkt naar behoren

In de appartementen zijn tafels met een grote ronde voet, dit zorgt voor minder ruimte wanneer het tweede bed wordt gebruikt.

It is a very modern, clean, perfectly located hotel. The staff members are friendly and try to solve the problem if they appear (through WhatsApp). Kitchenette is sufficiently equipped. Even though our windows faced the street with tram, it was very quiet.

Completely digital facility in the area of hospitality is weird. We needed an extra duvet and in the evening nobody could help us because nobody is on spot. Constant communication with AI is annoying. Also, the place which was sold as suitable for four is actually for two - it is very tight and small for four people.
