Casa Ilios

Big apartment, nice kitchen, everything clean. Super friendly staff. A bit loud, area, but we knew it already.

So on arrival I was informed that the Ilios 1 Central was actually closed for refurbishment, and I would be staying at the owners other hotel The Ilios Malia Apartments which is across the road. So my review is of the ilios Malis Apt. I was also a little upset that I wasn't given an option of other like for like hotels in the area, as the reviews for this one were a little worrying, money been stolen by the cleaners.

I originally asked for a room on the ground or 1st floor and ended up on the top floor and I had to carry my own suitcase up and down the stairs.

The room is much smaller than it appears and from my measurements smaller than stated. It’s very noisy at night, from the attached bar that blasts music to 4 or 5 retirees all night. The pool is too small to even do a lap. It’s about the size of 2 parking spots. The building in general is run down. The area it’s located in is completely run down. Vacated storefronts everywhere. The only businesses left are trinket shops and euro dive bars. On a positive note, there was plenty of towels and the cleaning lady was very.

I didn’t like everything. Like I said The room is much smaller than it appears and from my measurements smaller than stated. The television didn’t work. The kitchenette didn’t have anything. I had to buy a knife, cutting board and frying pan. The WiFi was spotty. It’s very noisy at night fron the bar next door. The pool is too small to do laps. The building in general is run down. The area it’s located in is completely run down. Vacated storefronts everywhere is depressing. The only businesses left are trinket shops and euro dive bars. The hotel proved nothing of benifit for me.

Was good as I was self catering.

Not much for time of season.

Noise, noise, and disturbing noise from the bar next to the hotel!

Nice property for the money!

Central location, polite staff, decent and unproblematic place.

I don't like the entrance to building inside the bar.
