Personalen var underbar! Alla som jobbar på hotellet har varit trevliga och hjälpsamma. Dessvärre fick vi ett rum precis intill poolen och Help Bar. Det var väldigt högljutt fram till 04:00 på morgonen. Det var inget problem för oss men vi för den som vill sova ostört bör be om ett annat rum. Våra grannar var högljudda, spydde och skrek på natten. Det gjorde vår vistelse sämre då vi hade problem att sova. Vi fick inte byta rum eller någon form av kompensation för detta.

Very central location for Malia night life, and the fridge was functional as well as the hot water in the shower.

On our second night we came home to a passed out teen, who had puked on our terrace area. This was respectfully cleaned up by the next morning. It is IMPOSSIBLE to sleep here, the only possible way one can sleep at this stay is by digging a 10 feet hole into the floor and sleeping in it. The shower had a bunch of weird bugs and was super slippery. The AC was practically non-functional and yet it cost us an additional 7€ every night. The soundproofing of this place was atrocious and we could clearly hear our English neighbors through the vents. It only makes sense to stay at this place if you are going out every single night and want a challenge of attempt to fall asleep. The kitchen is useless, no sponge to clean anything, therefore we were only able to use the kitchen once during our 3 days of stay. There was only one key which doesn’t make sense when you are staying in a room meant to accommodate 3 people. We stayed in room 102 on the ground floor.

Reception lady just lovely 😍 room very nice and big enough, with kitchen unit. Location was also really good as it was just 10min from the beach and in center of everything. Close to my favourite bar Mango😁
