Location was perfect and the staff were excellent and friendly.

Unfortunately, towels were only cleaned once in a week and only given one roll of paper.

Hôtel plutôt bas de gamme situé situé au millieu d'une rue festive ou la musique tourne a fond jusqu'à 4h00 du matin. Ensuite c'est le bruit des jeunes alcoolisés qui bercent la fin de votre nuit. Il faisait très chaud, et malgré ce qui était indiqué, il n'y avait pas de clim (ou plutôt pas de télécommande pour s'en servir). La literie est correcte mais l'ensemble manque d'entretien. Compte tenu du prix et des photos, je pensais faire une bonne affaire, mais avec le recul, je regrette ma réservation. A éviter si vous souhaitez réserver un hôtel pour y dormir.

In general, it's not bad for this money. Excellent, friendly staff.

Very noisy. Very loud music from nearby clubs all night long. It's impossible to sleep normally.

Basic but clean, right in the heart of Malia nightlife. Great Value accommodation for what it is. The only downside is if you want to sleep at say 10pm it's Noisy from the bars etc on the Malia Strip. If you want to be in the Heart of the Malia Strip then it's ideal. Extremely friendly and helpful staff all round.

Can be noisy at night but it's what you expect for the location.

This is a basic hotel/apartment setup that meets most peoples needs. Slightly confusing the number of places called Ilios but if you check the map carefully you’ll be fine. Bring toiletries as none are provided and a blanket if you don’t like sleeping under a wafer thin sheet. Other than that this place is exactly as the pictures show it. Ultra convenient location on the strip.

You can judge by yourself what is like to be there. This was what we find at our arrival. (Pics) But there was also: -wasps in the balcony -two single beds even if we booked one queen size one (they give us a slippery topper matress to add to the two, when we complained, so not what we paid for) -a not properly working kitchinette (sometimes it was ok, sometimes it didn't work, so sometimes you could have eaten, other times no. Amazing, right?) -a nice receptionist that suggested us to write via Booking to the owners, because they didn't want to meet us in person for our complains the first day. Owners that texted back days later. Owners that said that everything was ok in their opinion and if we wanted we could meet them. But hey, this was AFTER we did the check-out (what a coincidence!). Owners that when we went back to talk to them, ran to us shouting aggressively. Oh and you can also find other people at the reception that have the same bad experience!
