AUBeautiful 3 bed villa suitable for our travelling group of 5. Efficient check in process and up to date advice from our hostess. Well equipped and excellent air con in all bedrooms and living area which was needed.
Nothing at all wrong with accomodation. Cyclone approaching stopped us participating in whale shark tour but that was out of everyone's control

The property was not as clean as we would expect.
AUThere are two issues regarding my staying at the accommodation. 1. There is no gas for the hot water system and cooking facilities. I called a number posted on the wall by the property management. The lady who answered said she is only a cleaner and could not do anything during our staying. As a result, we were unable to cook anything, and my wife and daughter both caught a cold and became ill under the cold-water shower. 2. The property management did not perform adequate cleaning. There was dust throughout the room. Worse still, there were blood spots on the bed sheet. Therefore, we believe the property management did not clean and change the bed linen before we checked in. This poses a significant health risk and issue. I have attached the relevant photos.

There was no WiFi, the carpets are stained, the walls are badly in need of re painting as they show lots of damage from previous rentals. The furniture is old and scratched. There wasn’t enough of any one kind of glassware. The window sills and skirting boards were covered in dead bugs.

Aircon in downstairs bedroom didn’t work, couches were filthy, every wall looks like it has been spat on and not cleaned properly, upstairs bathroom mirror shows the lack of cleaning. The owner is obviously paying someone in town to manage the property but either they’re being ripped off of they’re paying the bare minimum. Fire extinguisher is 18 years out of date, have reported this to consumer protection as these need to be serviced every 6 months. The place is disgusting, 5 minutes after arriving I wanted to drive home to Perth, we could have gotten a room at manta rays for what we paid for this s**t hole.
