The food taste was average. Had dinner and breakfast, the taste needs to be improved significantly.

Great location with beautiful surroundings and a comfortable stay overall. As it was our first visit to Malam Jabba, PC was a good choice and provided a pleasant experience. The hotel is well maintained, and the atmosphere is relaxing for families.

A few small details prevented the stay from being truly memorable. As a Booking.com Genius Level 2 member, I was hoping to be offered a room with a better view if availability allowed. Breakfast was also disappointing. We arrived at 9:45 AM, despite service continuing until 10:45 AM, and several items had already run out or were cold. The quality of some breakfast items, particularly the cereals and fruit selection, could be improved. I also asked a waiter if a fresh paratha could be arranged, but he never returned, and we ended up having only toast and butter.

The LED installed in room was with some preinstalled channels which i didn’t like personally , it should be upgraded to smart ones

The location is the best. The view of the hotel and the outside area is amazing. Room service is good. The front desk staff is good. The hotel is clean specially lobby restaurant and outer areas.

- Overall Rating Misaligned Standards: Operates at a 3-star level despite advertising a 5-star rating. - Food & Beverage: Poor Quality & Illness: Food tasted below average and caused severe stomach illness for two days. Low Value: Portion sizes were too small for the premium prices. Disappointing Menu: Lacked high-end options like authentic Neapolitan pizzas or quality steaks. The pizza provided was poorly executed - Restaurant Service Inattentive Staff: Waitstaff were highly indifferent outside of buffet/Hi-tea hours, getting attention was difficult. Slow Delivery: Food service was excessively slow, taking over 45 minutes for basic orders. - Entertainment & Noise Disruptive Live Music: The live singer frequently missed notes, and the speakers had excessive, uncomfortable bass. Ambience Suggestion: Performance areas should be separated from peaceful dining. Elegant instrumental music (piano/flute) would better suit the beautiful location. - Room & Amenities Outdated Technology: Rooms feature basic, non-smart TVs. In 2026, guests expect smart streaming capabilities rather than standard TV channels. Poor Architecture: No balconies or balcony sitting spaces exist for standard rooms; stunning nature views can only be enjoyed if you book an expensive suite. - Maintenance & Hygien Worn Fixtures: The iron, ironing board, and kettle were in poor, degraded condition. Plumbing Issues: The bathroom basin clogged constantly, the water draining was weak and noisy, and the shower drain area lacked proper deep cleaning.
