Fuji Viewest Villa RAKUWA

The view is exactly what you see on the page here. Nice, quiet location with free parking. 2 big rooms in the second floor which is more than enough for my family of 5.

Shower only on first floor, not available on second floor.

Very convenient to go around, electronic appliances provided so perfect. We can ride a bike to the lake and the house is so clean and big for 3 persons.

Everything is perfect, except the clerk (receptionist at the Tocoro restaurant). We arrived so earlier before pick- up time and there are luggauges that not convenient to go with us (we cannot wait inside restaurant) and we cannot leave our luggages as well. Then we left and looked for coin locker to deposit after that we back to restaurant again and would like to have lunch but they will close at 3pm so they refused to serve us and of course we need to go back to Kawaguchiko station with luggauses again then back to restaurant at 3:25pm for pick-up time then someone inside confirmed to contact to driver. Driver is okay but staffs at restaurant not kind and nice. I think pick-up point should not inside the restaurant, actually Japanese are nice but this time I am so disapponted with them. Will be re-consider to stay at the hotel next time.

Good view. Very Clean.

Suitable for people who rent cars. Because it's far away.
