View was great

Shouldn’t advertise shuttle service as part of accomodation. Was the only reason I was happy to book this far out of town but after booking drop off with the initial booking of the property we were told last minute that in no way could they pick us up so left me and my 3 children stranded. If bus was full wasn’t even willing to do a second trip to pick us up afterwards.

"Just an amazing place to stay with incredible views of Mount Fuji"

What an amazing house to stay in. The views of Mount Fuji are just incredible, the photos do not do it justice. We had an brilliant 4 night stay here. The staff were so friendly and helpful, with great communication. Thank you. We travelled using the JR train pass, transfer to and from the house was perfect. The house also came with bicycles, they were a game changer. We used them all the time, for local shops, attractions and the lake. Definitely visit the Kawaguchi Asama Shrine. This house was just perfect for our family stay, with really close views of Mount Fuji

The views of the house is awesome. I enjoyed the view so much. The facilities are thoughtful. We can wash our clothes and use the bicycle well.

I don’t like the position of the air conditioner right above my pillow. I think it is not good to our health.

whole house. superb Mont Fuji view

no hot water. i could only get the crucial explanation of the switch hidden in the kitchen at the checkout time. and check in / check out time are strict

Closed to the lake side with good view of Mount Fuji from the balcony. Comfortable for two couples with spacious rooms and living area. Sunny veranda to relax looking at Mount Fuji. Bicycles are available for guest use. Kitchen is well equipped.

Not as clean and well maintained as what we expected. The light fittings at the entry and sitting area were not working. No blind to the balcony door in the main bed room making it very bright in the morning and lacks privacy. Not much storage space within the bedrooms. no tea towel in the kitchen.
