Hotel Canandaigua, Tapestry Collection By Hilton

The hotel is beautiful and the location is superb. We went for the Heart concert. Everything was great. Beds and bath were clean. Beds super comfortable. Will be back and hope when we are able to use more of the facilities offered.

Breakfast was expensive but convenient. Location was nice and hotel was clean and comfortable. Bartenders were great! I thought the beds were comfortable although my husband did not.

There is a main light switch in the room that controls the others - that was a bit confusing. Menu at restaurant isn't friendly for teens.

Friendly staff extremely comfortable beds. Water pressure in the shower was on point. Beautiful property and peaceful.

We stayed here for a weekend and loved how spacious the rooms were and how dog friendly the hotel was. Lovely grounds and very clean.

There was no breakfast; the setting of the hotel was terrific and beautiful on the lake. The Weds. evening live entertainment was very fun. Wonderful staff.

We had a very nice stay here for a mom‘s night out. We were able to enjoy the pool and sit out by the lake. The room was fair. We were on the first floor looking at the parking lot, but we did book the cheapest room. We had lunch and drinks at the Cove restaurant and were extremely disappointed. We only ate our meal as we were absolutely starving and service took so long. We said something to the waitress and all she said was “OK” and walked away. There are certainly many, other unique dining places in the area. with better food and better service than the Cove. The girl at the front desk was wonderful (Chelsea) in getting us checked in. At the time we arrived there should have been another desk attendant as there were many people waiting for assistance.
