Lies about rates , after a month taxes did not fall off but one week and they took the room back up to the normal rate which is not what they advertise. The manager was extra rude after the second month there after I questioned how three weeks of our stay disappeared. They wouldn’t allow my son entry after I had an emergency and couldn’t get to them and his information was on the room accuracy of payments , receipts , proof is arrival is something the customer better ask for to avoid this .

Breakfast was ok.

The elevator was out for a few weeks and it was quite an inconvenience, but it wasn't the hotel staff fault. These things happen at times.
