Geat LOCATION if visiting City of Hope Cancer Treatment Center. Kudos to an amazing Management & Team a a whole. (Manager Chris, Front Desk Courtney & Ladies, Housekeeping Krystal & Ladies & Gent, and Maintenance.) Just a overal great hotel to stay at.

Nothing...Everything was great.

The water pressure was good the hot water was real hot,and the bed was pretty comfy. The room was pretty clean except I seen a few spots of wax.

We had to walk up stairs the elevator was broke, the lights didnt work, the exhaust fan in the bathroom didnt work. We could smell weed as we walked up the stairs. There is mildew in the air conditioner. The one thermostat on the wall didnt work either.

Close to restaurants and shopping

The elevator did not work and we had to go the 3rd floor They apologized, still it was a little inconvenient

The breakfast was very basic and towels were worn and the mattress was uncomfortable.

The front desk staff and the maintenance person were great. They were positive, professional, and helpful. They attempted to assist me with a couple of the issues and directed me to the best way to rebook my room for two additional days.

The refrigerator in the room is in need of repair. It was knocking so loudly that it woke me up several times throughout my first night. This required me to wear ear plugs and turn on a fan sound app to try and drown the knocking refrigerator sound out. When I asked for assistance the next morning I was told that the maintenance person would be told about it. I worked in the room the entire day and it knocked for approximately 20 minutes out of every hour throughout the day. I returned to the front desk in the afternoon to ask about it again and it was clear that they knew about the broken fridge. The staff asked the owner, Chris, if I could move to another room and this request was denied despite a room being available. We were also denied having a second chair in the room despite reserving the largest room type with two beds.
