Property Management very disrespectful and unconcern about meeting the needs of their guest. Very nasty property filled with mold infested with buds. Property management team placed the blame on the guest staying at the hotel.

"Corporate is awful"

I moved into Intown Suites a few years ago and it was awesome. The staff really care about the residents. But then, corporate started to step in with cruel and stupid changes. Firstly, the woman from corporate told us we could no longer sit in our own chairs outside. Fine. But then, the changed the smoking policy with NO notice (corporate's favorite words are "effective immediately). This meant people on the third floor had to go down two flights of stairs each time. Not only that, but it's dangerous for women at night. There are homeless people who roam around. And, last year, at the hotel next door, a man was held up at gunpoint. Yet, they have no problem telling women AND men to go far away from the safety of their rooms to go downstairs. Next, they changed the monthly payments from every 30 days to 28 days. Who gets paid every 28 days??!! So, people are now forced to pay over $100 extra each month. But, it gets worse. In the past six weeks, corporate increased the rent by $150 a month!!!!! Oh, I forgot to mention that the elevator hasn't been repaired since the February storm. So, we have to carry groceries and laundry up two flights of stairs! Why? Because corporate is too cheap to hire a professional to fix it quickly. Not to mention that there have been power outages and they have no generator. During the February storm, we went 4 1/2 days with no power or water. Did corporate have compassion and give us a discount since people couldn't work? Of course not! They kept saying it was an act of God. Yes, we know that. But that doesn't mean they can't have compassion and help the residents. It's really sad how badly corporate have ruined this place. When I first moved in, I loved it. Now, I, along with the majority of long-term residents are all looking to move soon. We've had enough! Corporate, put it back the way it was!! Oh, and make that "effective immediately".

if there was a 0 for this review i would give it a 0. this place is very bad to stay. the only good part about it was the price and that's it. i booked a room for my mother for 10 days and paid in advance but we didn't know that she ended up going to a hospital since we went out of town the day after she settled into her room. they called for her to be taken to the hospital and then they're not going to give us a refund? i'm pretty that deserves a refund especially if an emergency happened. the staff there was VERY RUDE. ricky and the other staff harvey? SUPER RUDE. cursed at us because she had to stay at the hotel. i'm sorry if it's not your business, you have no right to be cursing at people just because we had to go out of town. hospitality was horrible never in my life have i ever met people so rude and disrespectful. NEVER go to this place.

Dirty, bed bugs, rude staff and not safe at all. Tony the manager is awful no concideration for the guests he's very arrogant. I must say I or anyone in my family will never stay at another intown suites ever my experience was horrible.
