Tala Luxury apartments by Raise

This is the second time we have used this property and it is still as nice as ever. just wish we could of been there longer.

Very nice modern apartment in good location near Tala square and small supermarket. 2 lovely heated pools, quite often not used but some apartments are empty we noticed. Nice big balcony area although a couple of loungers would be nice, comfy beds and spacious lounge. It took us a while to find the parking bay as no signage, even though we knew this area well we had to drive around for a while. I would definitely stay here again, really liked the apartment and location. There is quite a lot of road noise due to 2 main roads on either side of the complex which may bother some people. A welcome pack would be useful too with info on the local area for restaurants etc. Be aware the hot water takes quite a while to get warm too. On a final note, the customer service team were great, if you have any query they respond immediately on the chat.

nice spacious apartment.

located between two main streets with a lot of traffic quite loud.missing sun-beds on the terrasse. the owner took the remote control from the sun tant. no possibility to get shadow if you want to use the terrasse to eat or for a sun bad. the swimming pool reachable over the Main Street and directly located next to the street which is loud.

Comfortable access and parking. Big terrace with quite ok view of some stream and a tiny portion of the sea on the horizon. Many appliances in the kitchen.

A lot of noise from two busy roads nearby. Very small bathrooms with little space to put your belongings or clothes. Some clear shortcomings in cleaning, especially in bathrooms. The big terrace only has a decaying table with chairs, but no sunbeds or anything else you could use for relaxation. The furniture inside is rather for show, not really comfortable or useful. Strange and quite disgusting house rule that bans throwing toilet paper in the toilets (the problem is that they don’t advertise it beforehand and you find out upon arrival).
