Tala Luxury apartments by Raise

This is a really nice, swish, modern apartment (apartment 207). The sea view was really nice, good sunsets from the balcony. The kitchen is well appointed and the washing machine really useful. Huge modern TV. We stayed 6 nights and would happily stay longer. You could happily live here so it’s perfectly good for a holiday. Underground parking is very good. Tala is great for restaurants (Martikas is the best of a very good bunch), mini-supermarket (very good) 5 mins walk away. The pool area is very nice, large too with plenty of sun beds. The balcony got the winter sun all day. The staff responded to a couple of enquiries really quickly and efficiently. Really enjoyed our stay here and would return.

We stayed in a ‘2 bed apartment with balcony’. We think they have multiple apartments in these blocks. It said we would get a pool AND sea view. We couldn’t see the pool, only the sea (didn’t bother us). The pool was a fair way from the apartment so if you want to watch your kids in the pool make sure you get an appropriate apartment. Whilst it was clean enough, it wasn’t immaculate. Drains smelt in the en-suite, no sun beds on the balcony and no pool towels. Nothing would stop me recommending this place to others though, the staff gave the impression they would sort any niggles.

Location, very spacious apartment. Good communication prior to arrival. Parking available.

Lack of kitchen utensils for self catering accommodation, only two knives in cutlery set, no tin opener, only one saucepan, one dish for oven use, no microwave. Bed sheets stained with rust marks.

No welcome pack. Some corridor areas were around pool dirty. Difficulty locating block late at night on arrival.

Great apartment with a modern feel. Size was perfect for our family of four. Pools and sunbathing area were fantastic.

Great location new development which is still in completion stage. Only issue on our part was finding the property after dark with no signage. Otherwise highly recommended
