Très belle chambre calme et très bien placée. Proche de la gare routière et du centre historique. Le personnel est très agréable et de très bons conseils .

Manque un petit déjeuner dans l’offre . Mais il est possible de prendre un thé ou un café dans une petite salle et de se faire livrer les viennoiseries ou d’aller au café d’en face

Emplacement super, personnel très sympathique et chambre spacieuse.

Malgré la description de la chambre mentionnant une fenêtre, il n’y en avait pas.. dommage.

Location and lovely hotel.

The property is well-maintained, clean, and in an excellent location, away from the crowded and noisy areas but very close to Valletta and the Waterfront. The kindness and helpfulness of the reception staff immediately made a great impression. I'll be back.

A beautiful and comfortable place, in a beautiful neighborhood; 10-15 min from Valletta center and ferry. The hotel does not provide breakfast but the coffee shop nearby is excellent.

Maybe the roof terrace could be better valorified

The staff at 23 Boutique Hotel greeted us like friends, and were extremely warm and informative throughout our stay. There is no on-site restaurant, but this was a deliberate choice so that we could have more flexibility in this part of the trip. The room was comfortable and well-furnished, the A/C was efficient, and the bathroom was one of the most spacious I've ever seen! Having 24-hour access to the comfortable rooftop lounge was lovely. Our stay coincided with the festival of St Publius, which offered an unexpectedly joyful and spirited glimpse of life in the il-Furjana neighbourhood. There was also the international fireworks festival in Malta in the same week. We preferred this kind of local colour over being amid throngs of tourists, but travelers may need to bear in mind that there is a lot of noise, music and fireworks in and around Valletta in April.

The windows didn't block the outside noise very much, but this would be less of an issue in quieter months. The hotel itself is extremely quiet, especially at night.
