Beautiful and authentic Maltese hotel. The receptionists and staff were super friendly, professional and helpful. Before arrival, we were sent a thorough guide with information about the hotel, Floriana, Valletta, things to do and places to eat. Our bed was super comfortable, and the maltese balcony was the cherry on top. We highly recommend checking out the rooftop bar! Will definitely come again in the future.

23 Boutique Hotel was amazing. The location was great, and easy to access from Valletta and the airport. We wanted to stay away from the busy parts of Valletta. The hotel was nicely decorated inside and the rooms were comfortable and clean. In the room there was a refrigerator along with a tea kettle available. Coffee pods and coffee machines were available for use in the dining room on the ground floor of the hotel. There was also access to a rooftop patio which was very nice for views of the area. Accessing the hotel after hours was easy and the hotel had provided clear instructions for obtaining our room key. The front desk was very friendly and helpful for getting around the Island. The walk to Valletta was easy and about a 15-20 min walk. Depending on where you are exploring. For getting around the hotel recommended the Bolt rider app. The app was easy to use and cars did not take longer than 5 min to pick us up whatever the location was. We had a great stay at 23 Boutique Hotel and highly recommend.

All the staff were exceptionally friendly & helpful with lots of maps & tips for things to do. The inner courtyard area & breakfast/coffee area were very relaxing & there was plenty of water & hot drinks & cookies whenever I felt like it.

It would’ve been nice to avail of the rooftop terrace but I think the weather wasn’t suitable

It’s quiet, peaceful, relaxing. Modern but warm decor. The rooftop garden was lovely. Good location, close to buses to take you all over Malta

The only thing is the internal room did not have a bigger window letting in more natural light. Also no way to get fresh air into room. But recognise that is the nature of the building. Everything else made up for it.
