Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter/innen, reichliches Frühstücksbuffet, ruhige Lage, schöner Pool, Preis- Leistungs-Verhältnis aufgrund der umfangreichen Nutzung der Zell am See Sommerkarte ausgezeichnet.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und fast kein Stauraum, Bad jedoch großzügig, schön und hell. Die Matratzen sind leider viel zu weich. Es ist schade, dass der Gartenbereich mit dem Pool so lieblos gehalten ist. Keine blühenden Pflanzen, Rasen nicht gemäht und die Liegen und zu wenig Sonnenschirme stehen einfach kreuz und quer umher. Aus diesem Bereich könnte man deutlich mehr machen.

Excellent location close to many attractions nearby, the service was great we were accomodated quickly and efficiently for all our requests.. we enjoyed having a good laundry room also.

The rooms lack good sound proofing. We requested a crib beforehand and no one answered pur request with either yes or no, when we arrived ot was provided but only with additional pay which wasnt mentioned as an option during the booking. We also found dirty towels in one of the rooms which were left from the people before us ( housekeeping quickly came and changed all our towels but it was still unpleasant to find).
