Der Standort ist super, 2 min zum Bahnsteig richtung Zell am See und nicht mal 5min zur nächsten Bergbahn.

Das Staff hat sich nicht wirklich für einen interessiert, waren nicht sehr herzlich.

Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht . Die Zimmer modern und sauber. Tiefgarage perfekt. Frühstücksbuffett üppig, für jedermann etwas dabei, sogar Sonderwünsche wurden berücksichtigt. Online ein- bzw. auschecken optimal.

Die Betten sind viel!! zu weich oder durchgelegen. Das Abendessen überteuert und zu wenig gewürzt, Suppe kalt. Der Fitnessraum viel zu klein und stickig! Schade, dass es keine Lounge mit Sitzmöglichkeiiten gibt, um z.B. vor dem Essen gemütlich zu sitzen und ein Getränk zu sich zu nehmen. Gänge sind im Gegensatz zu den Zimmern sehr abgenutzt.

"Schönes Hotel aber für den Preis ausbaufähig"

Sehr gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal, Tiefgarage

Betten sind viel zu weich!! Preis/Leistungsverhältnis beim Abendessen im Hotel absolut nicht entsprechend, Zugang zum Außenbereichs des Pools durch Restaurant/Lobby sehr unpassend und teilweise störend

Bettwäsche hatte Blutflecken, Matratze war auf einer Seite durchgelegen und viel zu weich
