Breakfast staff not very helpful answer was always no if you asked if an item was available.

Location is ok, food is the same every day. Needs more coffee machines. Stay in line every day for one coffee machine!!!

The lifts are very very slow

View and the general room but that is not worth the stay.

I do not like to write bad reviews and normally I just don’t write a review if something is wrong. I just let it go but this is ridiculous. Most important is the noise. Our room was on the 38 floor and the rooftop bar is at the 40th. The rooftop bar is not a bar but a discotheque. Music is so loud the floor vibrated. I called reception about it and they said: “Music is on untill 12 pm” I said so I don’t get to sleep untill 12. They replied: “I will call and ask to put the music down.” Guest what it only got louder. Selling this room without a warning should be considered a scam. O and before I forget music played on loud untill 00:30 hours. The elevator situation is a nightmare. Sometimes you have to wait 15 minutes for an elevator just to be in the elevator with 15 people. Same with the breakfast. Everything is constantly empty because the capacity doesn’t correspond with the amount of guests. 1 coffee machine and 1000 rooms, insane. And then the staff. The most rude and unprofessional I have ever met. No smiles, no how are you and no how was your stay. Only one person was nice this was the guy who brought the luggage to the room. Summary the call themselves a 5 star hotel. Well rather a 0 star hotel. Worst experience in the last 10 years. There will possible be a response from the hotel that they can not meet everybody’s standards. Bit this is so insane. Nobody would be pleased with this.

Amazing location, top view from the balcony, good value for money! The rooms are big and beds are super comfy!

Roof top pool looks a bit old, was very windy so didn't enjoy much, however the view is amaizng!
