Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel Great place for families. Excellent service and location. Breakfast was a standout. Best pool in Nha Trang. Room was perfect. Great service from everyone who worked at the hotel Looking forward to come back.

"Worth the money and the stay."

The location is great when it is at the centre of the city, a 2-mins walk to the beach. The breakfast buffet was good, nice and well-organized restaurant.

The hotel lobby on the second floor is quite nice but the common area and entrance on first floor are too loud and a bit crowded.

The room was in good condition and the sea view was superb. And it's close to the city, and there are many good restaurants such as pho, banh mi, and banh xeo, and the sea is right in front of us. So it was nice to stay for a long time. The pool and breakfast were very satisfying! The Pham To Quyen and all the other staff were very friendly and I would love to visit the MPH with my family if I come back to Nha Trang!

"Everything bad except the ocean view."

The only thing good about the hotel is the ocen view.

The staff was neither polite nor friendly when checking us in. We were just forced to sit down and wait till they could check us in. No one offered us to look over our bags. The room service was very lazy. Although we asked explicitly for clean bed sheets every day, the cleaning personnel were lazy and left the dirty ones. The food is also super bad for such a high priced restaurant. They had nearly the same bad tasting stuff every day. The fruits were old and not sweet. Low quality overall. I would not suggest anyone wasting their money for this bad service and quality. The ocean view is not worth it!
