SGModern and clean design. The floors had heating and very were comfortable. The kitchen facilities were great! Bathroom has a tub if you wish to soak. Washing machine is also available. The apartment has 2 toilets(one downstairs, one upstairs) which are both separate from the bathroom which is a big plus! Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Overall a great find, would love to stay again.
Apartment is a little far from Kyoto station, so you’d have to walk a distance/take a short bus ride. Not suitable for elderly due to stairs. Please be careful of the walls, they can be a little sharp!

SGIt is very value for money and nice sleeping arrangement for 4 adults and 2 kids
The location and the lack of parking
CZGood location, central but calm. Floor heating was lovely when cold days hit. Nice and stylish.
Very minimalistic - no place to put your clothes anywhere in the room. Staff has two locations named Kyomachiya and can't tell them apart. We arrived to find luggage in the house, rushed over to the reception that was at a different hotel, but got reassured that it was just a misunderstanding, they'll send people over right away to clear it up and that no one else knows our door code. Fast forward to 8:30 and couple of strangers unlock the doors and demand we get out of their accomodation. No one answers on the help line, we rush to the reception (for the 3rd time that day) and finally get someone to come over to the house. Turns out someone from the staff actually managed to personally guide the strangers to the wrong location (our place) and check them in. Apparently 'it happens sometimes'. If they arrived later than 9, we would have had no way to get through to anyone and would need to spend the night like that. PLEASE triple check if you got your location right because the hotel can't be counted on to know it right. And if a stranger barges in on you, you know why.
