Cold draft coming from under the front door, easy fix to block it with towels though.

To check in you had to go to a hostel a 12 minute walk away. They simply gave you a code to open the door and that was it. No checking passports or any type of confirmation. Inconvenient and a waste of time. Communication was non existent. The English translation of the Japanese check in details translated the in person face to face location incorrectly. I couldn’t find the given address on Google maps. I reached out to the property a week, a day, and the morning before I checked in and got no response so I had to aimlessly search for this mystery face to face check in location. I got an email with check in information the day after I had already checked in. The property was dusty and the shower, which was a main reason for me booking, was worn out with giant chunks of grout missing between the tiles, reeked of bleach, and moldy. There was no laundry detergent available even though there is laundry on site. The location was not as convenient as expected. Far away from main locations of interest because the transportation method to get out of the area is inconvenient.

Nothing. Everything was fine, great, or perfect! Especially for the price we paid.

Inconvenient check-in process at a hostel 15 minutes away from property. The process felt like a waste of time as it was a keyless system! Also very rigid with the check-in time, if you’re early be prepared to wait on the street as the hostel is locked. Poor communication with the host. Messages were not always answered clearly or in good time. No safety railings on the stairs. If you’re there with little kids or just very clumsy, beware!

The house was great with modern design and looks new.

The heater at living area was not functioned. In addition we can't understand wording on the remote control. No guidance in English was given.
