The perfect location, really friendly staff and very comfortable room. The breakfast was beautifully cooked with quality ingredients + a great selection. This was our first trip to Hastings and we were made to feel so welcome, we will definitely be back.

The only thing I didn't like, was that I didn't book to stay longer.

This guest house is in an excellent location and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. It's very well maintained and clean. The shower was awesome. Cool breeze from the open window. Excellent breakfast and coffee.

There really wasn't anything to complain about. The bed could have been a bit more comfortable. There was a lot of noise from a beer garden out back, but it quieted down very early.

Zimmer sehr hellhörig, eines unserer Zimmer war sehr klein. Hier stimmt das Verhältnis Preis-Leistung nicht. Lärm.von der Strasse, Fenster konnte man nicht richtig schliessen, Frühstücksraum liegt im Kellergeschoss, dementsprechend dunkel, Insgesamt zu teuer

Lovely location in the Old Town, nice interior design.

Bit noisy. Could hear all the outside noise from the street and pub next door.

Very friendly staff, beautiful room, delicious breakfast, a really good location in Hasting'sOld Town
