Amazing breakfast, very friendly host, great location, super clean and nice property

One very minor point was we were sleeping right at the top of the house and did have a bit of noise from the pigeons overnight - not sure if they can do anything about this

Decor, facilities, location and cleanliness. Had everything you needed. Self check-in and check-out was great and staff were friendly and very helpful.

"Exceptional hotel in Hastings Old Town"

The hotel is in a great location in Hastings Old Town close to shops and restaurants. The room was spacious, v. comfortable and clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful, including Porters next door (good wine bar/restaurant associated with the hotel). It’s a remote check in/check out but we were sent clear instructions ahead of the booking with a contact host to call when we arrived. Breakfast is also really good with full, vegetarian, and non vegan options. Can’t fault our stay at all, we really enjoyed it and hope to come back…
