De keukeninrichting van het appartement is niet goed. Te weinig van van alles. verder wat achterstallig onderhoud hier en daar. Bij ons is net als bij eerdere bezoekers ingebroken in het appartement. Bij ons in de nacht en dat kwam omdat het slot niet was gerepareerd na de inbraak de week daarvoor, heel vervelend. Dat is wel opgelost inmiddels maar het blijft een wijk waar dar vaker gebeurt volgens de politie. Wij hebben onze spullen daarna in een kluis gedaan in de buurt "locker in the city" Rue da Rosa.

Great location and the apartment is very nice.

Unfortunately, someone broke into our apartment late one night and stole our son's wallet and camera from the dining room table. And another apartment in the complex was playing loud music until 1am that same night. We think someone from that party broke into our apartment. We ended up removing the key off the chain from the key box and keeping it with us. Plus, the code to open the gate into the complex stop working the first day. We had to wait by the gate for other people on the inside to leave for us to get in. It was very frustrating. We tried calling and sent messages to three people listed as contacts for the apartment, but no one responded until the next day. In the afternoon of the 2nd day, the host provided a key to the gate since the code box was broken.

The apartment is in a very good location in the centre of the city near all the major attractions. It was spacious and modern and well equipped. The arrival and check in process was smooth and we were met at the appointment by a representative from the company. Yes it was a little noisy on the Saturday evening / night from the street outside, but that’s the centre of large cities. For the remainder of the time we stayed it was perfectly acceptable in terms of street noise.

Whilst the apartment was modern and recently renovated there were several issues that could easily be resolved. Firstly their were only 3 functioning dining chairs from the 6 provided, you might think this is a minor point but when you have five family members staying and have to take breakfast in shifts as there aren’t enough seats it’s a bit frustrating especially for a “luxury” apartment. We advised the host of this situation the morning after we arrived, were advised it would be sorted. It heard nothing else for the remainder of the stay another 3 days. Secondly, as others have mentioned the doors and shutters let water in when it rains, again a pretty simple fix to sort the threshold on the door that wasn’t sealing properly. Thirdly, one of the bedrooms has a floor to ceiling feature window that is tinted, but which has no blinds fitted. It isn’t overlooked at all but does let quite a bit of light in. If you like a dark room this isn’t one for you.
