Very good eggs at breakfast!!

Breakfast OK.

Smelt in the room, restaurant without climate. Food - nothing to remember. Staff interested on themselves. Smelt on the garden swimming pool. Russian music only. Nice pool on the roof but not too many places for guest. I had an impression from the photo that the hotel has its own beach access. Probably it was my mistake. Has not. Beach s really not nice. 3000 thb / person for deposit ??? The booking not informing about. Information is only after you book the hotel. I really see no reason for that.

Je mi lito, ale bohuzel se nam nelíbila čistota. Hotel by mel zapracovat na vetsim a dukladnejsim uklidu. Snidane jsou nudne, kazdy den uplne to same. Bohuzel ani zamestnance hotelu nemohu pochvalit, chtelo by to vice usmevu!

Great central location with plenty of restaurants, night markets, and delicious food options right outside the hotel

Disappointing experience due to poor and inconsistent customer service. I was charged 1,700 baht for bed sheets with a mark, while another family member had sheets in the same condition and was not charged. The first photo shows the sheet I was charged for; the second photo shows my niece’s sheet, which did not incur a charge. Additionally, another family experienced bed bugs during their stay and, as an apology, were given a dragon fruit and an apple. Breakfast was also disappointing and did not meet expectations. Overall, there are many other accommodation options that offer far better service and value, and I would not choose to stay here again.

The location was good, we walked to the Kata night market. There is a self-service laundromat next to the hotel too. Easy to move around kata and we used grab and bolt to get to patong. The lady at reception who checked us in and out was very sweet and helpful.

Upon our arrival, we asked whether we can upgrade to pool access rooms (we had two rooms booked), they did have these available and we paid extra to upgrade. However, from there on we were a bit disappointed. The rooms both have a damp smell (our rooms were in two different buildings) and the daily making up of the rooms was not done with much attention to detail. I had tea the night before and arrived back to my room the following afternoon after the room was serviced to find my used cup still on my bedside table. The floor in the passage to our room was also never washed. There was a spillage in the middle of the floor that dried and the floors were just visibly not cleaned. They also have a sheet in the room for requesting amenities, my mom and I both requested a makeup mirror, as the room does not have a makeup mirror, and a sewing kit. After two days, dental and shaving kits arrived, my mom then asked for a sewing kit again and only then did she receive one. We never got a mirror, if they didn’t have any, that would be fine, but they never said anything, the request just felt ignored. Breakfast was not western, and we didn’t enjoy it as the selection was a bit too limited for us. Some staff were very rude. My dad sat with his feet in the pool on their room’s terrace after the pool had closed and a staff member started yelling at him that he is not allowed. Had the message been conveyed politely, even in broken English, I would not have mentioned this. The hotel has the potential to be absolutely amazing, but I think the staff need a bit of help with regards to attention to detail.
