Kattoallas viihtyisä. Sänky oli myös tosi hyvä.

Ensi oli virtsalle haiseva sohva, joka onneksi vaihdettiin. Sitten yritettiin veloittaa pyyhkeestä 100 batia, kun siinä oli joku vanha haalea tahra. Veloituksen saimme peruttua, mutta seuraavana päivänä taas tuotiin samanlainen tahrsinen pyyhe. Menimme heti vaihtamaan, etteivät yritä uudestaan veloittaa siitä.

We had a lovely stay. All the staff is nice and cooperative. Our flight was delayed and checked at 22h, the restaurant was closing, but when they understand that we were hungry, they prepared a delicious dinner even after their working time. The apartment was clean with big bed and clean bathroom.

Towels can be changed more often, as they dry slowly due to humidity. For 7 nights they were changed once.

Отель хороший, расположение удобное, кормят хорошо, персонал очень приветливый и услужливый. Сам отель вполне приятный, нормальный, чистый, номер с видом на бассейн отличный, тихий. Молодой человек, который нас заселял, очень приятный и учел все пожелания. В отеле проводятся активности: аква аэробика, зумба. По вечерам в баре очень красиво поет парень, каждый раз было приятно слушать. Может это и разные были артисты, но всегда очень здорово, максимально нравилось.

Вы должны понимать, что при всех реальных плюсах, единственный существенный минус - запах сырости во всех номерах, я была в 6 номерах, везде этот запах сырости. Персонал старается маскировать его парфюмом как может. Мы жили постоянно с открытым балконом и включенным кондиционером.

Good location, lovely restaurants and massage in the area. 10 minute walk to the beach. Free beach shuttle service. I requested an iron and they came 5 mins later to my room

The spa was awful, in an open reception area. I walked out half way through a massage after being left twice for a long period, very noisy, products/ amenities were not great. Our room smelt a bit funky, was cramped, the floor was lifting. We paid for a mountain view but the windows were all frosted so it seemed a bit pointless. The pool bar facilities were shut all of New Year’s Day. No laundry service because it was new year period (I rang to reception and they told me to bring it down, 5 minutes later I brought it down and they told me it was closed for NY) No taxi service I think for the same reason, staff unable to help with local taxi numbers (grabs didn’t turn up) We had to pay 3000 thb per room cash up front for a deposit , this was different to our previous hotels but apparently common in Thailand

Ozongerät war im Raum mit uns. Wir haben uns vergiftet und mussten ins Spital. Wir wussten nicht dass das ein Ozongerät ist bei dem man sich nicht aufenthalten durfte wenn es aktiv ist im Zimmer. Sie haben versucht den Schimmelgestank zu überdecken. Es hatte zusätzlich viele Ameisen im Zimmer. Der Gestank ist aber das schlimmste..
