April was amazing, great class

Not a place is you want to sleep. Arrived tonight, was allocated a very noisy room on the 2nd floor. Complained told no other rooms. The room was what I can explain best in the middle of a party. Non stop loud music pumping out directly outside our room. I've stayed at a few moxy hotels and a fan until coming to this one. Love trendy hotels with a good vibe. However I still want a hotel where I can go to my room and get peace and be able to sleep. Was told mosaic would stop at 11 but no I am writing this just after midnight and it's only just stopped.

The common areas look like they were once really nice- but are now worn and tired. We are a family of four- and the room was definitely cramped- with only one pillow per person. The pillows were very uncomfortable- and when we asked for more, the staff said there weren’t any. We were supposed to be allowed a late check in online if 2pm- but they said we were downgraded because the hotel was full. TV also did not work in room- just added to the disappointment. I had to ask the staff to replenish the coffee- it just seemed like they did not care. Overall- did not sleep well- small rooms…. But they do have beautiful landscaping and the room was clean.

She was amazing and really helped stretch our sore muscles from our bike ride the day before. Thank you!

The location was great and I loved the Serena Bar

The rooms had a lot of dust and we did not get our room serviced until the day we we’re leaving

Wymann was so sweet! He was so kind and make check in amazing . Not only was he friendly but he made sure all my needs were met. Can’t wait to return!
