The rooftop and the pools were fantastic

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. They were hard as a rock, including the pillows.

The Serena restaurant was good and the staff there were lovely.

That I paid for breakfast to be included. It was a joke! Bottles of juice, some fruit and small muffins. The breakfast was approx another 16 dollars per day for each of my 5 in our party. The receptionist fobbed me off blaming booking.com and that I should take it up with them. Our rooms were not near each other, party goers loud outside the room in the early hours and our bedroom and bathroom was the size of a matchbox. We had to take our cases outside the room to pack them!

Everything was estetically pleasing!

Location was great and the front desk staff was awesome. Pool area was a vibe and they allowed guest to swim beyond pool hours, but not too late. Hotel was clean, rooms are small. Overall great stay and would come again.

One of my rooms did not have working AC. The engineer came to fix it several times, unfortunately the room remained warmed during the evening hours which made it an uncomfortable 3 night stay.

It was nice and clean. Location was in the middle of the action. Tailored to more of the party going type person, not families. Everyone is super nice, and made sure you felt comfortable!
