"Good size but location is not ideal"

The beds are comfortable. The room is clean.

If you are planning to bring luggage, please reconsider this accommodation. You either have to drag your luggage on an uneven pavement for 15 minutes from Hakata station, or you have to take a bus with people giving you a dirty look for carrying luggage to a crowded bus. Definitely not recommended if you go to Fukuoka during the warm season. If you plan to rent a car, not an issue.

生活で思ったより広く快適でした。 到着が深夜になりましたが、それまでのメッセージやりとりもスムーズで、タブレットでテレビ電話での応対でしたが問題なく、チェックイン、チェックアウトともできました。 駅から歩くと遠く感じました。

"Perfect Stay in Fukuoka"

Location and its very huge and provides the basic needs of my family. Perfect smart TV with streaming App lile Netflix makes our kids enjoy their stay. Near train station and food resto and kombini.

Motion light at the entrance disturbs the one sleeping on the bed near the entrance door. Limited Toilet Tissue paper No extra garbage bags No cleaning of the room at least every 2 days.

No frills accommodation near Hakata Station. Basic. Decent.

No parking bay included. There is no dryer function on the washing machine, you gotta hang your clothes after the spin cycle!

"overall, our stay was good and we will definitely go back!"

- spacious - love the counter with high seats - good idea separate bath and toilet

- TV angle/position: when lying down on the bed, we couldnt watch TV properly - sofa: the sofa was not comfortable because it was too low. it was also blocking the window/balcony door, so it was hard to go out

Great value for the size and location of the property. Very quiet and self-check-in was relatively straightforward. Coin parking lots are nearby. Hakata Station and a variety of restaurants and shops are within walking distance.

"Superb"

Very spacious and clean. Location is quite okay, not too near the train station.

check out should be around 11 am.
