Not flexible with checking in and out times. Had surgery and needed to see the dr the next day. Only reason we had to sleep over before driving 280km the next day back home. If you check out after 10:00 you have to pay a additional night accommodation. They were renovating, it looks like a construction site with no hot tub or anything they described Check in is 14:00. When discharged from hospital we arrived 13:45, and the room wasn't ready and 15min was clearly a issue with the facility

Taking clients needs and circumstances into consideration and being more flexible with reasonable requests from clients

The entrance is too far inside the surburb where there could be an easy access entrance from the main road (N5) - if not mistaken
