The reception was ok, the guy tried to help by any way possible BUT I got angry as I booked 1 room, 2 adults, but to my surprise when I arrive They said I booked for 1 adults NOT two and second to that I choose the means of payment that I will pay on arrival BUT I got debited before arrival and when I wanted my money back it was a problem, I had to pay extra money for the second person, not happy at All.

I like a lot as I sleep there several time but this time around I was not happy

NOTHING- TOTAL BAD MISREPRESENTATION IN AN UNSAFE Neighborhood- I never felt so unsafe and disappointed with a property on Booking.com. We always check review, and based on this choose properties. But this property is totally misre

The property is misrepresented on Booking.com...in an unsafe neighborhood, badly maintained, no clean , jaccuzzi with unclean water- I would not recommend this property to anyone. Immediately on arrival, we did not want to stay at this property. At the last minute we had to go into town to find another property, we asked for a refund, but was denied by the proprietor. We asked Booking.com to intervene on our behalf, but still we have to this day had no feedback from proprietor nor any refund.
