The location is great to go to Pompei, Sorrento, Naples. Nice restaurants and groecry store and market couple of blocks away. The staff is nice and neighbours were friendly.

Breakfast could be rearranged by simply putting breakfast items for customers in their fridge and making coffee machine available for all for their own use. There was some stress around breakfast although I liked the way they set it up in a special room. Shower is very small and for slim people and it might be an issue for some people to get in the cabin. The chairs in the kitchen were cheap and not safe to sit on, would be nice to change them.

Stuff is great, good comminication. Room was simple, clean and clean. Breakfast is simple with croassant, coffee, toast, juice... Good money for value.

Good for Pompei and Sorrento vsit, but 10 min from the train station to Nappli center. Not too bad.

Very handy B&B for the ruins (Ercolano itself, plus Pompeii), the coast (Sorrento) and Naples, right on the train line from Naples to Sorrento. Handy for getting to/from the airport, too. Staff/owners very friendly and helpful and lots of dining options very nearby. My only niggle is that the hot water in the shower would come and go, but that was a minor thing. Overall, a great stay.

clean tidy and comfortable room. very pleasant.

unfortunately on a busy road in a noisy area. sleep was a little disrupted by the noise.

Location was AMAZING. The place was nice and clean. Overall nice experience, if we neglect the water in the shower and noises.

Hot water in the shower didnt work. It was cold for a few minutes, then it was boiling hot for a minute and back to freezing. We told the owner, he came to check on it in 5 minutes time (so that is a big +) buuuut when he came, it was the minute of hot water time, and he didnt understand when i told him that after a minute it goes freezing cold again. Also there were random noises all through the night...

It was super close to Herculaneum so selected it for that reason. hot water for showering. loved the chatter of the neighbours.

sea view/balcony there wasn’t one. walls are very thin…Room next door - heard every word of their conversations….of which there were many and late.

Good location accesible through public transport. Air-conditioned and the beds are of good quality. Would recommend

Bathroom could be cleaner (under shower mat)

Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room. Located very close to Herculanum.

Breakfast could have been a bit better with more choice available.
